The Student Success Course (SSC) is designed to help build the reading, research, writing, study, and critical thinking skills that will help you succeed in your university career. First year students who have earned a GPA of less than 1.0 during the Fall term are required to attend weekly classes, designed to help hone these core academic skills. First year students with a Fall GPA falling between 1.0 and 1.5 are strongly recommended to attend this course.
Any students interested in building stronger core academic skills are encouraged to attend.
